No problem at all! All exchanges/returns start by submitting the request online first. Start by entering your order number and postal code below, tell us which product(s) you like to exchange/return, and you will receive a shipping label by email. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received from us, it starts with a #.
Return & Exchange policy
MR MARVIS products can be exchanged/returned within 100 days of purchase in case the hang tags are still attached to the product and the product is not damaged.
Free shipping. Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland (on mrmarvis.com/ch), and Italy, we offer free returns/exchanges.
